I previously had a Chi that I replaced bc the plug portion came apart after 6+ years. I still think it’s a great product but just wanted to give this one a try and it’s amazing. I’ve read where it doesn’t get close enough when closing it on the hair, I don’t see that issue. It heats up fast, love the settings option, you do have to turn it off manually :-(, but I like my powder room clean anyway so I turn it off, unplug it and let it cool and then put it away. Highly recommend this!
